By registering for an account, accessing, or using CRMPress, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

To use CRMPress, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your account information up to date.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Using a strong password.
Immediately notifying CRMPress of any unauthorized access or security breach.

CRMPress is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

5. Subscription and Billing

CRMPress offers subscription-based CRM services.

By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable subscription fees.
Provide accurate billing information.
Authorize recurring payments where applicable.
Pay applicable taxes, if required by law.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

Access is limited to the trial period.
CRMPress may limit available features.
Trial accounts may be suspended or deleted after the trial expires.
Upgrading to a paid plan may be required to continue using the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CRMPress to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Store or distribute illegal content.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
Attempt unauthorized access to any system.
Disrupt or interfere with platform operations.
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform.

CRMPress reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in prohibited activities.

8. Customer Data

All customer data entered into CRMPress remains the property of the customer.

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy of your data.
Obtaining any required consent from your customers.
Ensuring your use of CRMPress complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

CRMPress processes customer data solely to provide the subscribed services.

9. Intellectual Property

CRMPress, including its software, branding, website content, logos, graphics, and documentation, is owned by CRMPress or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the software.
Reverse engineer or decompile the platform, except where permitted by law.
Modify or create derivative works from the software without prior written permission.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability.

11. Data Backup

CRMPress performs reasonable backup procedures to support service continuity. However, customers are encouraged to maintain their own backups of critical business data.

CRMPress is not responsible for data loss resulting from user actions, third-party failures, or unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Third-Party Integrations

CRMPress may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, email providers, SMS services, cloud storage, or APIs.

CRMPress is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

13. Suspension and Termination

CRMPress may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms.
Fail to pay subscription fees.
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Compromise platform security.
Misuse the service.

Upon termination, access to the platform may be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

14. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or required by applicable law:

Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Partial billing periods are not refunded.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at CRMPress’s discretion.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRMPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you for the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

CRMPress is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRMPress, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Your misuse of the service.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

18. Privacy

Your use of CRMPress is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

CRMPress may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Force Majeure

CRMPress shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
